Repair Rocket is a platform that connects vehicle owners with independent automotive technicians. Our services include scheduling, repair order management, estimates, communications, and payment processing between customers and technicians.

Insurance and licensing are solely the technician's responsibility. Each technician is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance coverage (including general liability and garage keepers coverage) and any licensing appropriate for the services they perform and required by their jurisdiction. Repair Rocket does not provide insurance coverage to technicians, does not require proof of insurance, and does not verify any technician's insurance or licensing status. By offering services through the platform, each technician represents that they understand and accept this responsibility.

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Repair Rocket. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Repair Rocket may facilitate payment collection between customers and technicians but is not responsible for disputes over the quality or scope of work performed. Payment disputes should first be resolved directly between the customer and technician.
Repair Rocket is a software platform that connects customers with independent automotive technicians. Repair Rocket does not perform, supervise, direct, or control any repair or diagnostic work. Technicians are independent contractors - they are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Repair Rocket, and nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.
The agreement for any repair or diagnostic work is solely between the customer and the technician. Repair Rocket is not a party to that agreement. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered through the platform, though we strive to maintain high standards through reviews and dispute resolution processes.
By booking or requesting services through the platform, customers acknowledge that Repair Rocket does not verify any technician's insurance coverage, and that any claim arising out of the performance of repair or diagnostic work is against the technician who performed it, not against Repair Rocket.
Each technician agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Repair Rocket, its owner, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) services the technician performs or fails to perform for any customer; (b) the technician's violation of these terms or of any applicable law; or (c) the technician's failure to carry insurance appropriate for the services they perform. Each customer agrees that Repair Rocket is not liable for the acts or omissions of any technician.
The Repair Rocket name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Repair Rocket and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repair Rocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Repair Rocket in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
